Returns

We accept returns within 45 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be returned in its original condition.
- The item must not be damaged or altered.
- Proof of purchase may be required.

Return Postage

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning items, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our costumer support team at support@satnavhub.com to request a return. Once your return has been approved, carefully package the item and ship them back to us.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Items may not be eligible for return if:
